What to do with unemployed paramilitaries? Part I

It appears that Westminster will pass legislation that provides funding for Community Restorative Justice programs. According to the reports, most of these CRJ schemes will employ former Provisional IRA fighters in policing nationalist neighborhoods in Northern Ireland.
